Thank you for shopping at Eridanor. We are committed to delivering your professional-grade drills and hardware tools efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden handling fees.
2. Order Processing Time
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (MST).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Transit Time & Delivery
Estimated Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
At Eridanor, we take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered to you.
Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@eridanor.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 business days so we can open an investigation with the carrier and ensure you receive your goods.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
