1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your drill must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We believe in our products, which is why we offer risk-free shopping:
Free Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You do not have to pay for return shipping.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden penalties for returning an item.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@eridanor.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. 10-Day Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
