1. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Handling Time: It takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to pack and process your order.

  • Transit Time: Once picked up by the carrier, transit takes 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 7–10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we will email you a tracking number. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update online.

2. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

To ensure the absolute safety of your financial data, we exclusively accept PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

No, you do not strictly need a pre-existing PayPal balance. Through the secure PayPal gateway, you can safely pay using your linked bank account or standard major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Because all transactions are routed directly through PayPal's secure infrastructure, Eridanor never sees, processes, or stores your credit card details or financial information.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your drill is delivered to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Returns are completely FREE. If your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden penalties for returned items.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
