Returns & Refund Policy
At Eridanor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of high-quality drills and hardware tools. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Duration: You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Return Shipping: For defective products or items that do not match the description, shipping is free. For "change of mind" returns, the customer may be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Important Policy
To ensure your store is fully compliant and protected, we have included these standard industry terms:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective drill, please contact us immediately at contact@eridanor.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items showing signs of heavy industrial use, or those missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
