At Eridanor, we stand behind the quality of our drills and hardware tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and simple return process to assist you.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: Eridanor does not charge any restocking fees.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is 100% free for all returns, including defective products, items that do not match the description, or "change of mind" returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is authorized.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.

  • Refund Timeline: You will receive the credit within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective tool, please contact us immediately at contact@eridanor.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us for instructions.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; there is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
