  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

We only ship to destinations within the United States. Please note the following timelines for your order:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for us to verify, pack, and hand your order over to the carrier. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration your package spends in transit from our facility to your delivery address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your drill ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will active within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can help you process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
