1. Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 6–8 business days. You can expect your drill to arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused drill in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

What types of drills do you sell? Eridanor specializes in a curated selection of high-quality drills for both home DIY projects and professional hardware needs.

Are your products covered by a warranty? Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a mechanical defect, please contact us at contact@eridanor.shop, and we will assist you with the warranty process.

What safety precautions should I take? Always wear proper eye protection and follow the safety guidelines provided in the product manual. Power tools should be kept out of reach of children and used only for their intended purpose.
