We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

  • Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, the estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days.

  • Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is typically between 7–10 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Damages: Eridanor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
